I started my weight loss practices over 20 years ago. I began with diets, rigorous exercise, lipo suction, eating vegan plans, mail order meal plans, juicing, and everything on the market. In my 20s, I was a little over 20 pounds of my weight loss goals. With the Fhenix Forever customized plan I have been able to lose 30 pounds and consistently keep it off. I am currently 251 lbs in as little as 3 months and can't wait to hit my goal in March of 240 lbs.
